Nan Ya Plastic has restarted its No. 3 MEG plant on November 3, 2014. It was under a month-long maintenance turnaround. Located in Mailiao, Yuenlin county, the plant has a production capacity of 360 kta. China Petrochemical Development Corp (CPDC) is in plans to restart its acrylonitrile (ACN) plant following maintenance turnaround. In The plant is planned to be restarted around middle of November. It was shut on October 20, 2014. CPDC have two AN lines that capacity reach 245 kta.
