PTT Global Chemical (PTTGC) is in plan to shut its No. 3 cracker for a maintenance turnaround. The company is likely to take the cracker off-line in March 2017. The planned maintenance is expected to remain in force for around 2 weeks. The cracker has an ethylene production capacity of 1 mta and a propylene production capacity of 25 kta that is located at Map Ta Phut in Thailand.
