Saudia Arabia’s Petro-Rabigh had shut its 400 kbbl/day refinery and 1,250 kta naphtha cracker last week amid power outage. Its downstream derivative productions, including HDPE (300 kta), LLDPE (600 kta), PP (600 kta) and EG (700 kta) had also been halted for safety concern. The company has already brought the refining and cracking complex back to operations this week but will be running the complex at a lower CUR initially for safety purpose.
