In Saudi Arabia, Sharq MEG plant is likely to be shut in middle of December 2014 for maintenance turnaround. It is likely to remain off-stream for one month. The MEG plant is located at Jubail in Saudi Arabia that is a 50:50 jointly owned between (SABIC), and (SPDC), which is a Japanese Consortium, led by Mitsubishi Group, start run since April 2010 and own a production capacity of 700 kta.
