Grand Pacific Petrochemical Corp (GPPC) shut a styrene monomer (SM) plant. The plant was taken off-stream on October 20, 2015 on account of a technical glitch. It is likely to be restarted later of this month. The plant has a capacity of 240 kta that is located in Tashe, Taiwan.
