Taiwan VCM is likely to shut its vinyl chloride monomer (VCM) plant for maintenance turnaround. The mill is planned to be shut in June or July 2015. It is likely to remain off-stream for around one month. The PVC plant has a production capacity of 420 kta that is located in Linyuan, Taiwan.
