New August PE offering prices have started to be voiced in China; LDPE, HDPE and LLDPE suppliers are now asking for US$10-30/ton price premium over the respective July offering prices on the back of globally limited PE supplies from unexpected shutdowns and higher spot naphtha costs driven by gains in crude oil price in July.
