Formosa Petrochemical Corp (FPCC) restarted its 700 kta No.1 Naphtha Cracker in Mailiao on Jul.19 following a 2-day brief unplanned shutdown. FPCC will also be shutting down its No.2 Naphtha Cracker (with ethylene/propylene/butadiene capacity of 1,030/515/162 kta) on Sep.15 for a 30-day maintenance turnaround.
