Formosa Chemicals and Fiber Corp (FCFC) is in plans to start a new phenol-acetone plant in early January 2015. FCFC new phenol mill is located at Ningbo in China; the plant will have a phenol capacity of 300 kta and acetone capacity of 180kta. The new plant start up schedule was settle in early 3Q14 and late about half year already.
