Hengli Petrochemical has taken off-stream a purified terephthalic acid (PTA) line. The line was shut on account of a technical glitch recently. It remains unclear when the line will restart operations. The PTA line has a production capacity of 1.1 mta that is located in Dalian Liaoning, China.
